A mind used to dream, but it seems to find a girl giving her life to someone new. I don't care, I don't stare, I don't notice, she changed her hair, because he likes it better. I don't blink, I don't think, I don't let it sink in that she is happier now. She smiles more, she's laughing more, she's walking lighter than before, when she'd just stare at the walls. I used to reassure her nightly, ease her mind so slightly, I used to give her all I had, but it only made her sad. She gives herself to someone else, mind, body, and everything else she would never let me have. To watch them laughing happy..... is just too much to ask.
