Sinful Blood

Contributed by LovingWhispers on Thursday, 23rd June 2005 @ 05:16:42 AM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

Her body,a canvas not worthy
Her mind,a sea of thoughts
Her heart,an open welcome
With all the pain it's brought
Hands offered for comfort
Her arms,forever reach out
In vain they try and embrace
To relieve the hurt and doubt
Her eyes,too closed to reality
A mouth that craves to taste
Love that breathes inside of her
Romantic dreams,a waste
Kisses linger on quivering lips
Sighs choke and strangle her words
Dying for the need to break free
From a soul so deeply stirred

Escaping into darkness
Through the night,she sees
A place to shed her pain
Her world of make believe
Hungry for the tasting
The claret from the flesh
Of a man who lives his life
One heartache to the next
Naked are his struggles
She sees through,within
Tempting the open window
Her breeze will cover him
She feels his hurt contain her
It swirls and holds its ground
Baring his soul,taking control
Understanding is now found

Velvet kisses of their breath
Trail each others skin
Dancing in the turbulence
Of every unknown sin
Perfect in its rapture
Symphonic in its bliss
Two become as one this night
With every blood sucked kiss
A mixture of pure potency
Joined together in this heat
Two hearts beat in fusion
In blood,their souls now meet
Found upon the night air
Love will have its way
For two who live in darkness
And exist by light of day
