to make me feel better

feel good for once
Without it I feel down
I feel like nothing
and angry
and sad
and lonely
I want a hit
make me feel good again
and up again
I'm sick of feeling like nothing
like I'm no one
I am no one
but I can pretend
in my world
I'm happy
in my world
I'm the best
until I need it again
I need it again
and I want it now
I can't sleep
and I'm crying
tears fall down
my sombre face
and silence is all I hear
I want my friend
with me now
before I smash something
