Do i hate you? is a question you pose such a strong query which i prefer to discolse
What we had was special and it could have been more it felt like i was ill and you were my cure
But you took that feeling and threw it away replaced it with a new need which i try not to say
I remember it clearly you were in OUR bed from which my pillow had grew a strangers head
The months have gone by and i missed you so much i missed your subtle laugh and missed your gentle touch
I clung oto these thoughts it made me so confused my head felt so tormented i felt beaten and abused
But now i feel so clear and know who you are your a girl who i knew your a door i left ajar
You will nexer be happy until you tell people the truth and dont so you always have because i am the proof
So onwards i must go my future is unclear the only thing im sure off is your not involved my dear
Do i hate you? the answer im ready to show how can i judge you? your someone i dont know

Well.glad to know you can move on. Hate.a strong, and hard word. Its almost like stating the word love.
Liked the way you, said your peace, yet was subtle.
Good post.

This is a good poem that for me, captures the pain of betrayal, pain and loss. |
