Clear my mind of these illusions holding back tears I refuse to cry.. But lord I'm walking thin now waiting for the day I finally die..
Hiding in the darkness.. alone scared trembling in my own skin.. Pulling my sleeves down more.. cold drowning in my own masked skin.. ___ Learning these ways of life that are cold.. Only to be stricken down my lingering fears.. Never ending road that's what I'm told.. Everything always turns into stricken tears.. Lullabies hidden deep inside this hell.. Yearning not to be alone.. can't even feel you.. Searching for a way out from under this cell.. United till the end nothing I can do.. Idolized by my peers.. If they only new the truth.. Censored by venomous lies I hold underneath.. Inside this hollowed core hidden from my youth.. Drapes the hate toward where I can't breathe.. Ending upon the tasks suffocating me.. ___ Weeping in this endless sorrow Holding on to what's left here Yearning not to see tomorrow Mourning in these crimson tears Every thing's becoming more hollow Lonely upon this dreaded void Oceans oblivion the water's so shallow Ruptured end I must learn to avoid Drowning in this fates devoid.. ___
Why must must we be dragged through pain.. The question in my mind left unanswered.. Eating a way at my blackened soul Devouring my helpless heart like cancer..
The burden that's held upon my shoulders.. My life's beginning to be consumed by sadness.. I must put this fake smile on my face.. Masked by this artificial happiness..
