Here I stand

Here I stand again
Another day has passed me
With its lack of change
And all I have is what I share
And all I want is someone else to be there

And if the sun will set tonight
Hold my secrets up to the sky
As my shadow grows there's nothing left to hide
And if I ever doubt
I will know that I still wonder
How many times did I compare
The stars to her eyes

I will make it through
No matter the cost
I've gone this far
Why not find out how it works out

I'll make it through
I thought I was lost
But somehow I haven't found a way
And I hope that I never do

It's hard to get to understand
When all your lives in my hands
And don't stop when I've never been closer
Just 'cause I don't know what matters most
So it won't always be so clearly right in front of me

Doesn't really matter how it all began
Forsaken
Got this far without knowing who I truely am

I will never doubt that
I will make it through
No matter the cost
I've gone this far
Why not find out how it works out
For me
