A Glowing Gray

A cigarette. A rain that fells my light.
Two birds in a tree. A bloody lump hides behind the bark and pain.
Fingerprints stretch along black glass. Vomit fills my tears.
It is enough.
I walk. I run. I crawl Cry Continue on my way.
The sun claws its own face.
I soothe the brick and black wall beside me. My shadow paints the grass a glowing gray.
I feel the need to laugh. I do not laugh.
