I thought it wouldnt last
I thought it wouldnt work out
I thought I wouldnt get attached
But somewhere along the lines things changed
Somehow, somewhere down the road
You stole my heart
I fell in love with you
But I may have realized it too late
I may have lost you
How did I go wrong?
Why do I always lose the ones I love?
Why do I always get hurt?
I was waiting till I knew for sure
I was waiting for the right moment
To tell you how I feel
I wanted it to be special, I wanted you to know I meant it
But I guess its now or never
Its better to have loved and lost than never to love at all
But it still hurts
It still hurts knowing that I might be too late this time
It hurts to know youre not with me
It hurts to not have you by my side
It hurts to not know how you feel
But it hurts the most to know that its all my fault.
I brought this upon myself
I cause myself this pain
I create the tears that flow in the darkness of my room
But can I have it all back?
Do I still have a chance to make things right?
I would do anything to have you back in my life
I cant stop thinking about you
I already lost a love once
I dont want to do it again
I fell in love with the person you are
Not for your face, or your body
But for you as the amazing person that you are!
How many guys will pick every red skittle out of a bag for you??
How many guys will talk away your fears thru tear broken conversation?
How many guys will make me fall asleep in their arms??
How many guys will come visit me after a hangover, and laugh at how bad I look and still kiss me and make me feel desired??
Only you!
That is why I have fallen head over heels in love with you.
I want to be with you
To hug
To kiss
To spend my time with
To share my happiness
To share my fears
To ease your pain
To love you how you deserve
Just let me, I promise you wont regret it
Ill show you how amazing love is
That is if youll let me
Because Im already in love with youso the rest is up to yoU!!
