It's not my fault you hurt me.
it's not my fault you drugged me
It's not my tears you'll hear
I'm not sorry
I'm ***** off
you made the biggest mistake of your life
it might cost you your life
But I wont let it keep me up at night
You've screwed up big time
I'd be scared
I realize you needed some sort of power
i hope it makes you feel good
You made me feel like I did something wrong
You made me feel like a dirty slut
Now I know I wasnt doing anything wrong
Now I know you are sick
You were my friend
And I liked you
But you ***** it up
I WILL make sure that you dont hurt anyone else
I hope I was your first
Because I will be your LAST
I wont let it happen again
if its the last thing I do
YOU WILL NEVER HURT ANYONE AGAIN!!

And oh Sandie i will be right there by your side girl as i was a victim to rape as well. They must pay for what they do! This is so degrading to have someone to do this to us ....i praise you for standing up and taking control and i admire the fact that you found the courage and strength to do so, you have my full support! ....

As I read this my heart broke as I realized what us guys are capable of doing. Reading victims of rapes stories and poems only increases my fortitude to NEVER rape or hurt a girl. I liked this poem and I admire you for telling this bastard off and keeping your chin up.

| the anger in this piece is powerful and completely understandable. i'd be very angry if something like that had happend to me. it makes me angy to know it happens to people like me and you every day. |

It's a terrible tragedy that these things happen in our day and age...but you have the right frame of mind, being willing to come forward and report this guy so that he doesn't get the chance to do this again. It's also good that you know you were not at fault. Keep your chin up : ) |

Wow this is an incredible poem...as a survivor (yes a survivor, not a victim) of rape when i was 9 years old i must say this poem really hit home. I wish i had had half the courage u have, for I never had the strength to do something about what he did to me.
keep being so strong, you are definetly a hero to me

| This poem made me cry as i was a victim of rape but i was never couragous and brave enuf to stand up the way u did. it tore me in 2 when it happened to me and i still cry so much and hurt so bad. wat made it worse ws that my best friend let the guy inside the house and she wasnt there for me at all. she was in the same room as us when it happened and when i told her what had happened she didnt support me at all. so anyway i really admire you for standing up the way that u did. i will nebver be able to stand up to the guy that done this to me or even think the way u did. u go girl. |
