You shined light on the darkest corners of my world
You released me from the life of a pessimist
Optimism now fills me with such bliss
For this I thank you
You found me bound and broken
Lost on a road leading nowhere
You healed my broken heart
For this I thank you
My life has never before had purpose
Now i can walk the streets with my head high
All the pain and anger drifts away with you near
For this I thank you
I have never seen things the way I see them now
I have never loved the way i love now
I have never wanted to see tomorrow
For this i thank you
When you say I love you
I see in your eyes you mean it
YOur love makes me ten times the person I once was
For this I thank you
I would do anything for you
I love you after I thought I couldnt love again
You have given me more than can be repayed
For this I thank you
