Love is a rose, a concept that knows.
An inner peace that rests and a beauty
that shows. A powerful hope that
unconsciously grows and a word that is
spoken from the loveliest prose.
Love is deep set eyes and slow moving skies. A young person's giggle with a look of
surprise. A nod from the ageless for those that are wise while holding hands in
the park and watching the sunrise.
Love is a smile and a sweet, sweet scent.
A day in our lives that we won't soon forget.
A passing of time that we'll never regret
with the one perfect partner we've finally met.
That is love.

Aww ok don't be pullin my heart strings like this to much this one brought tears to my eyes reading it, it's a beautiful expression of what love is my friend....welcome to YPDC....i look forward to reading more of your poetry...
