TO YOU IN THE DUSTY WINDS

Contributed by endlesspath on Saturday, 11th August 2007 @ 02:07:58 PM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

how does one feel after a talk
calmness...
Is this the feel you should want?!
I do beleive:
you feel soft;
gentle
serene
thought
something not in a while
nothing like you expect
its like hands caressing you
its like winds taking you
its like not being lost

like no breatheless nights
like i can breathe again

I can feel again

I can be................... ME!

IM happy

all I can say is, that must have been SOME talk! lol

you captured the beauty and emotion of a freedom that
many do not understand or allow others to embrace.
It's beautiful. (Glad to see you so happy! :D)

Wow. Yeah. Talking helps me get through EVERYTHING. But you captured the feeling so well. Bravo! Thanks for your comments and support. Your honesty means a lot. After all, one can always improve with the help of others' opinions and thoughts.

Peace OUT!!

I'm getting the feeling that when you write poems, you write from a very calm, quiet, meditative space within yourself---and from this space, you piece together poems that are very calm and clear, in spite of any intense, overwhelming feelings that you may be experiencing, you speak honestly of uncertainty yet manage to find your way through. You write from a place that ultimately is always steady and secure--a place of wisdom, that knows more than you think it does, and it comes through in your poems. By the way, if I'm not making sense then don't pay attention. I'm of the belief that many times, in other people, what we most often see, is what we see in ourselves, so if I am just projecting my views onto you, then I'm sorry, but I enjoy your work none the less.

be true,
zenmind
