Consider it. Mull it over Listen to yourself, everything that speaks to you. Record the world around you, what you see, feel, touch think, experience. Let it flow, for keeping it bound will never make it work.

This is very good advice .... I think our most profound constraints consist entirely in our own minds especially when it comes to writing. I wrote something a while back which talks about limiting yourself to just the small world you call home when there is so much more to see and write about This is just a small excerpt from that write.
"Give way of your ties, set free of your mind
look to the heavens .... new life yet to find
a spirit held tight and never set free
their eyes soon go blind .... with nothing to see
so leave your small orbit ... of toil and strife
look to new skies, spread your wings ...... and take flight"
Write on my friend, david |
