I tethered night With nimble fingers Turned iconic pages From eons assembled The poetry of worlds
I cast a soul of ribbon Above the bleakest north Crossing light empyreal To guide those most forlorn
I spun from ancient crystals The planes of moonless sand Unwrinkled by a thousand miles Crowned by a smooth expanse
I shouldered up the heavens From strapless gulfing clouds Then liquefied their essence To scatter on the ground
In the velocity of an unknown star Lies the necklace of a million worlds From the death of a luminescent core Rises the creation of life

you are wonderfully poetic. written brilliant lines with some inter connectivity of thoughts...On the whole it provides beautiful images connected to the story of creation..
I have enjoyed its excellent poetic beauty and the flow of well sculptured words..
love and blessings..:-)venkat

This is, simply put, great. To look at the sky and "scribble" this, that is what inspiration is all about and this was truly inspirational, especially knowing where that inspiration came from.

Beautiful, just beautiful.
Just finished one like this.

Your treatment of imagery is an inspiration. I found myself being completely immersed in your words, drifting listlessly through the sky above the beaches and into the heavens.
The third stanza is breathtaking. Truely, it is one of the most gorgeous I've ever read. Immediately after reading, it became committed to my memory.
