Up, up, up, up...
Stop.
Where am I? What is this place? Why am I here?
Silence.
Can anyone hear me? How can I trust you? What's your name?
I'm lost.
Who turned off the lights? Who is running this thing? Who built it?
The lift is broken.
The lift stops. Someone gets on. Which floor?
I'm not sure.

I found this one to be interesting. Reminds me of something I wrote....This reminds me of zen poetry, a zen koan, or meditation. It has a feeling of presence, of stillness. It's like you experienced an epiphany that could not be put into words. Maybe it was the realization of nothingness, or realizing that you don't know anything, or realizing that you cannot realize it. I dunno. I don't feel like I've clearly been able to say what it feels like to me, but hey that's the problem with language. You'll never be able to say exactly what you mean. Anyway, I feel like I relate with this one. |
