DARKNESS&TEARS

Contributed by spirit_of_dark_tears on Wednesday, 22nd December 2004 @ 11:16:55 PM in AEST
Topic: AngryPoetry

tears of black fade away as the time slows and light dwindles I perish in to the crimson stone shadows fall black tears fade all hope dissipates lives of happiness vanquished a lust for sorrow but can not grasp all my life has come to past as silence speaks its darkness tears make clouds of razor blades and all life fades away Walking the steps of hatred and despair Broken my dreams and heart beyond repair Down the dark and dismal path Awaiting to see my dying breath Numbed by pain and withered from lies My blood flowing like tears from my eyes Staggering on the broken shards of my life stabbing with every poisonous knife heart hope to die. The Black Death has fade away as my life to the grave death and darkness raise their blades now the world fades away

Good job Nathan. You've got some pretty intense imagery in here, which I think is the sign of a good poet. I can tell this poem was a release for you. That's what poetry should be, a release of all of your feelings, and i can also tell that you just let it flow out. You started writing and didn't hold back. If you can keep writing like this, you'll naturally get better and better.

Be True,
zenmind
