Sweet morning dew hangs elegantly on sleeping roses, The dark comfort of the night is slowly giving way to the light of Morn, And the slumbering beauty awakens to weeping angels
He sings a song, always a hymn of love A saint of sorts, radiant in his heavenly glow, The prince of my fairytales, Poet of words so divine He whispers to me a tale of two friends who become lovers, An etude of endless melody and enchantment Mine eyes weep joyful streams, Such words he speaks
Satin fingertips contact with trembling flesh, Enticing caress Silken lips brush against yearning petals, And I die a blissful death

ooohh, I like this one. It's a little different than what you normally do, but that makes me appreciate it more. I like how you present two contrasting feelings together---Love and pain---
Sweet morning dew hangs elegantly on sleeping roses,
The dark comfort of the night is slowly giving way to the light of Morn,
And the slumbering beauty awakens to weeping angels…
"hangs elegantly on sleeping roses"-----beautiful. Love this image and it's great that you started your poem with this part. "awakens to weeping angels"----this is an example of what I was talking about. the contrast between "weeping" and "angels" is striking. I like that because I feel like this encompasses both spectrums, yin/yang, good/bad, it feels whole.
Great poem. I hope that you have found love.
Be True,
