New Life in a Crazy World

Contributed by Bones on Thursday, 7th July 2005 @ 08:25:26 AM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

I know in the past Ive done some crazy things.
Like use plates as hats and dance on some rusty swings.
But it seems like age is catching up, I have to move on now.

Its time to blow of some stress,
Get some well-deserved rest.
Forget about the screwed up government.
Ill let them fall on their own.
Learn to forgive,
Help in the community.
Give a homeless man something to shoot for.
Help foundation fight cancer.
No, this doesnt rhyme, but I dont really care.

Im not going to waste my rhymes on hate.
Im going to learn to love a little more.
Im going to learn to forgive.
I might even confess my love to her.
I think its time to stop being to shy.
Im going to live a more virtuous life.
Im going to stop being so anti-social.
Im not going to live in the shadows anymore.

No, you probably dont care about this.
And I dont really care.
This is just my new adventure, my new life.
