broken hearts

Contributed by suicidal_imbecile on Tuesday, 27th September 2005 @ 02:03:12 PM in AEST
Topic: SadPoetry

I wonder to myself why I can not write of happiness
Because I feel meteocer and everything less
My butterflies crumble beneath my pain
How many gallons of blood have I drained?
And how much more will come?
Depressions growing with the decreasing sun
I want you to kiss away these imperfections
But you back away like I'm a growing infection.
Lock me up
Im nothing to you anymore
close and lock that once familar door

Kate Ecklund

Very sad and brutally honest.... It's heartwrenching to read such a poem and i hope that you find some measure of happiness before too long.

Keep up the strong writing!

"i thought i loved him, even worse i thought he loved me."

How often do we go through that. So sad and wonderfully written. This pain I know and can relate to!
