Everywhere I turn
Someone new is dying
Everywhere I run
Someone new is lying
Cant seem to find my way
Through all the crying voices
Cant seem to see the day
When people make the right choices
The streets are empty
The faces are cold
The love is gone
No one is left to hold
Searching always to find
A way to finish this trend
Refusing to admit
This is really the end
Passing by all the fools
That dont even realize
That this life they are living
Is nothing but a million lies
Oh god, please show me
There is another path to choose
Tell me there is way
To keep my diverse views
The streets are empty
The faces are cold
The love is gone
No one is left to hold
Searching always to find
A way to finish this trend
Refusing to admit
This is really the end
I am just another one
Thats lost in this sea
Of death and lies
Bound to never be free
I guess I already know
I will just be the same
Start telling lies then finally die
And just be part of this game
The streets are empty

this is a very powerful piece.. that is how the world is though.. life is a lesson I always believed to make us stronger and wiser. the world is decayed and not soo good anymore. there is alot of pain and hate and everything else.. you gotta becareful who you trust these days. this is such a very expressive write.. keep writing!!

| This piece is extremely thought-provoking. It’s the bare and honest truth and what people don’t always want to hear. We strive to get out of society’s plans for us but sometimes those plans engulf us…. I very much enjoyed this great understanding of truth. Thank You. |
