we were scientists too

Topic: toughstuff

we wrote your history we defined your life
how dare you not strive

sacrifice your desires and smile
it only keeps you in denial

show us and show them
what you are doing for her and him

we were smashed by the unknown
of course you are not alone

just a little patience and you can reach our heaven
oh , you don't know how it's really a good reason

we die everyday and nobody care
sure ,it's a more sorrow they won't bear

remember us and what we fought for
remember us remember the sore

hold on keep it together
fight failure now and forever
today you can never be stranger

do you think we were just so lucky? or genius?
do you think we got there just for being curious?

you have no idea how much we lost
beleive us sorrow was the most

don't give up now you are halfway from it
your anger may only fake it

your life wasn't easy we know
but ours too ,you know!!

if you've choosed our way
you can never astray
remember you will succeed oneday

can't promise you that it would be that easy and we are sorry
but our needs are our last worry

so feel it , cause no one can see it
it's your joy of knowledge don't lose it

search and research for more
and never forget what happened before

we were scientists too, we lived your life also

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
