As the sun sets
The day quiets down
The world is at rest
Till the sun comes around

It's time to sleep
Time to say good night
Sleep the whole night through
Till the morning light

Say your prayers
Give thanks to the lord
For living all day
And to live one more

The day has come
We all had our rest
The day will slowly end
As the sun sets
