LoveRemembered
|
She is a valley fall coming into spring, a white sky standing before the rain, she is a tired lovea desirer of unfulfilled skyshe is a stranded star, a barren, august field reaching the heights of new color.
She is strong wind coming to a rest, a spiders tattered web spinning in a stormshe is the dry desert sun drinking the tears of heavenand she is passed from here, a spring song stolen by the sands of time.
She is a still thought, a memory to fight my fears, she is an early nights sleep.
What I am without her is what I have always been, and she is stronger than the words as she has always been, and we are less because of it.
