My Heart Belongs to Thee

We lay entwined upon that hill, Together we experience the thrill. Upon that historic mound, Is where my heart begins to bound. Trying to escape my chest, To it's real home, your breast. Because my heart belongs to thee, It is not needed in me.
And if we ever come to part, You will take away my heart. I will become nothing but a memory, Now dead to the world for eternity.

very well written. I love the message. And yes, you will feel dead for an eternity if they leave you. So very true. |
