Leaders are the ones who teach, so others may extend their reach.
Put some problems on their shelf, and most of them will solve themself.
A leaders not an answer-man. He makes sure others take command.
A winning team must learn from him to think and plan and try again.
So teach somebody all they need to know to fill your space.
Cause no one gets promoted who cannot be replaced.

Some of us never stopped following the leader. Just
because we are constantly learning. I dont want to
be a leader because I dont want to be responsible
for others following me off a cliff (lol)
Your whole piece speaks of truth.
Brilliant as always my friend

I wish to follow.
I could do all that is expected of
me, if you lead.
I am a follower, always was,
just waiting for somewhere to go.
A self styled follower, I like to work
without any hesitation, I heed no, mention,
just a fickle as a feather kind of love,
some face put upon my space where I could
someday become, just another to hear
the call. I would never turn myself away,
to ever turn away from opening up, my
heart is open wide. I do not wait in the door,
no my heart is made of gold.
So many constructs, the fire in my existence
is wild, untutored and raw.
And I am simple, inquisitive, and as imaginative,
as the bane of my own existence to be utilized.
Peace!

Hi Soft.
I can feel the attitude jumping off the screen and it makes me grin. So often in the everyone wins a trophy climate the good ones can get lost in the shuffle. There/'/s always an anxiety waiting to see who emerges. Splendid job. Always a pleasure |

These kind of leaders are few and far between, unfortunately. The problem being, when it comes to power and control, the scum as well as the cream rises.
A worthy homily to good character, though.
