For some, this is sadly accurate. For some people, their coping mechanism seems to be acting like an ostrich - hiding their heads in the sand. Ignoring the problems won/'/t make them go away - the only way to do it is for all of us to help each other to solve those problems.

so very accurate!
None of us are immune,
nor were we ever, this is so true.
The blight was always there,
was never too hard to see, if
you ever cared enough to look.
I guess too many of us hoped
that some leader would just
come along, and take us all
forward, you know, that same
old song - it is a nice song, that
just never materialized and
you count me in as one who is
partly to blame.
It does not help to divide,
just like it does not do anyone
any good to stay ignorant
to the truth.
Great Write, it is good to know
that some folks are willing to
say, and speak out what is, and
has always been!
