burning butterflies
quench my thirst
under the sea
bubbles of hate
at me
i watch you fade
silk darkness slides over
we run for the light
take me from here
my world of false promises
tighten the rope
and cease the flow
blood drowns my brain
you call to me still
how do you do it?
why should you stay?
answers without questions
society without a mind
i lay in the pool
your hair shining so bright
sleep with me
in waves of lust.
i'll be right here
forever if i must.
