Bleeding Mascara

Contributed by screwup on Sunday, 2nd January 2005 @ 03:47:23 PM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

the tears bleed from my eyes
as a little piece of my heart dies
I'm screaming inside
and nobody knows why
I'm screaming suicide
the bullet in my chest
then I'm layed to rest
no more lonely nights
sitting in the darkness
shoving a razorblade into my skin
wishing my life never again
no more watching the blood
run down my arm
and wishing for more harm
I'll finally be dead
insyead of locked away
watching the red
the tears bleed from my eyes
the mascara runs down my cheeks
dying to be perfect and thin
I purge a part of my soul
just like I cut for control
just to be part of a perfect image
I can control the way I look
just not the innocence they took
the tears bleed from my eyes
as I sit in my room
and contemplate suicide

Hey send me a picture after you do this..I'm very curious to see how deep you can cut yourself without passing out or bleeding out all the way..The best thing about ppl who do kill themselves is they do it rather then talk about it...

This Poem is very well writen. I know how you feel...not exsactly how you feel but i can relate. I cried when i read this poem it is very beautiful. Keep up the great writing...but try to reason before you do anything that could seriously harm yourself. Even if it doesnt seem like it sometimes there is always someone out there who cares. I promice. If you need to talk I'm here.

I am glad that you are still battling on and you have not rolled over and given up your life to your demons, it is the easy option and very tempting to us all at one time or another, your poetry speake pain, but also strength, strength that you dont believe you have,
pixie xx
