Mercury ceilings methodically drip into the eyes of those who
are transfixed by it's dream like appearance.
Their eyes have become sleeted over.
Before they saw everthing
Now they see nothing.
They can't look away,
of course they can
but they will not.
So once again
The needle
has claimed
Yet another
and another
weak
minded
soul.
