S A N D Y

Contributed by inoc on Wednesday, 6th April 2005 @ 08:24:08 AM in AEST
Topic: poets

My thoughts and prayers are with you SANDY
I myself feel ever so bad.
I know I have not commented enough on your writes
Now I wish I had!
You saying that you are leaving
because of things said in the forums.
I myself feel writing the poems and commenting...
is- safer -and leaves much less problems.
I myself am a Christian.
But probably have different beliefs than many.
I read the forums a fair bit
but find commenting on them a bit scary!
So thank you for your time on this site
but hope you can soon come back!
As I for one will read more of your poems
if your like me- poetry keeps my life on track!
~~
cheers!~
Inoc

Very well said, I hope Sandy gets to read it. Always hard to see someone leave...I've been spending more time elsewhere because of, well, harsh words that have flown. Still, I'm sure she whould appriciate reading these words and knowing that she is thought of in the nicest possible ways. Well done.

I hope that Sandy reads this and come back to YPDC. I too read some of the poetry and just cannot make a comment especially when someone writes about suicide. What can one say? Great Poem Inoc all the best from bernard.

This is sad but one must realize the forum or

as i call it " THE HOOD " is made up of a no

more than a few that hide behind a curtan of

judgemental attitudes and then have the gaul

2 say it's there opinon, hypocrasy is alive and

well and lives in the hood, u leave they win,

this place is about poetry not a social club,

if u want 2 find true friends on this site 4get

it, u have as much chance of that as winning

the nobel peace price 4 literature on this site

write your poetry there r many legitiment and

good people here, then there r the cliques, u

don't need 2 leave, stay on the poetry site an

leave the hood 4 the plant life . . .

Dorian - I managed to find some true friends here... they turned me onto allpoetry.com, but I try to get by here from time to time because there are some wonderful newer members who have a fresh outlook. Besides... I like DRAMA! :-) Warm regards, ARSENIC
