Representative Gallagher,
Ladies and Gentleman now is the time to be frank and brainstorm all ideas. All of our lives are at stake, so long as terrorism pervades the political culture of this nation. It is under this duress that I believe a new construction of the union is necessary. In god faith I hope to Endeavour to reach a logical end and prove that natural law is being violated under the federal, almost unitary system that has emerged since the tragedy of 9/11;
And to show why it may be wise to give the states back sovereignty and become more of a confederation.
To do this we must first examine natural law. An idea where the philosopher John Locke refutes Sir Robert Filmer’s biblical claim that land was naturally derived through Adam’s descendants to use as they seemed fit. In refuting this claim Locke’s reason won out over organized religion. Philosophy fostered over centuries, Locke put to words what people held inherently as civilization evolved, more became to believe that God did endow certain rights almost like duties, by giving the people the mental capabilities e.g., reason, deliberation, to rationalize that since all were endowed by God,
All are a property of God and subject to the few but same principles of freedom and liberty that supersede human laws, natural law becomes thus the endowment of reason in the human mind to allow us to enjoy our liberties without harming or taking away another’s property. There are those that believe that natural law is so evident because humans have only one chance one life to leave their imprint on earth. Thoughts or actions for the eternal serve no purpose but shrouding their true intentions of leaving people subservient becoming a servant to an interest group, such as the religious right which disproportionably represents the population in the federal system. Research on religious right curtailing liberties. When natural law is not respected powers are in essence denying someone their path their chosen role in God’s plan, many a man is only connected to his life now it seems by the television set. Not the road to happiness that the wisest say comes from within. Now a human’s path to happiness is dying for the fame.
Yet be that as it may, I propose that by devolving power to the people in the form of
Sovereignty to the states, before there was a so called “cold war” by now only one superpower stands alone the people would feel so much more empowered. A man will feel his sphere of influence and real power in politics be much more connected with his life and thus be happier. For life is politics and politics is life. If are lives are to be put at risk. Shouldn’t we respond town by town state by state, do we not have the right to know the right information of when a terrorist attack could take place? A man is like a state,
If possible death at such a magnitude is involved, do we not have the natural right to void all contracts previously made like the federal constitution. The federal constitution was made to have an army that could withhold Britain, Germany, France and Spain. Making alliances and making claims of property during times of weakness. The difference is today that each state could have its own arsenal own laws on nuclear war options such as the state of Israel. Israel is a prime example of a state that can properly handle nuclear weapons, despite even their often theocratic coalitions and wars with Arab nations.
With that being established we see how the state’s have the proper infrastructure to be sovereign, America as a nation is fascist in its customs more and more material items to appease the people, the thought of freedom always ingrained towards the nation as a whole, the founders were over their heads from the beginning ideology although it is brainwashed into you, what did the nation ever do for you? All it does is waste money take money and sometimes even property from you. Yet if states were sovereign

Now it appears that natural law is not being respected in America to its proper extent. To deal with the advent of terrorism. Research on terrorism legislation curtailing liberties.
With that being said the best way for matriculating liberty peacefully and still maintaining security is to give the states back their sovereignty.
