To Show I Understand your pain

Contributed by KatalinaRose on Sunday, 24th March 2019 @ 12:46:15 AM in AEST
Topic: InspirationalPoems

When I was young so long ago,
Threatened I was though I didn/'/t know,
My parents feared as to my fate,
Afraid that the doctors would be too late.

And the doctors did all that they could,
For the fear of my parents they understood,
They opened my skull and and saw a mass
Knowing that they had to work fast.

Many at the time feared those efforts to be in vain,
As my life this tumor continued to drain,
But those doctors efforts weren/'/t destined to be lost
For God had not let my death be the cost.

To show I understand what it is you/'/re going,
I/'/ve bought this message of encouragement to you,
As Christmas is a time for giving-As God/'/s done,
And I do hope this brought peace to everyone.

A wonderfully inspirational poem my friend. I/'/m guessing this is a true story and I for one thank God that you are still here and able to tell of your experience.

Very well done

Life becomes clear and simple after a close brush with death. It is as you conclude, all about love.
Glad you survived this harrowing experience, and thank you for your wish of peace for all.

I sense that your will and determination is strong, it certainly comes across in this write.
Clearly destiny had other plans for you.
Maybe to share your determination with others and to give them hope to?
