what is love?

Contributed by Taylor on Saturday, 9th July 2005 @ 06:22:20 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

what is love?
Is it an I love you whispered in somones ear?
or a sweet reminder?
I love you.
Iv heard you say this a thousand times and more.
Is it something that you want to be real?
nothing fake like thoose silly little love songs.
so what is this love that they talk about?
is it waking up to your smile every morning?
Or is it feeling your warm touch on my face?
is that love?
Is it being happy, being held, or being kissed sweetly?
is it waking up to feelings of endless rainbows when you call?
what is love?
is this what love is?

Dear Taylor, for a 14 year old I'm still amazed at your writing skills. Are you sure you are only 14?
Now to love. True love Taylor is when you can
completely forget yourself and concentrate all your efforts on another. Like Christ did.....
While hanging there he didn't call out for himself, but was thinking of those that had
killed him and he said, "Father forgive THEM for THEY do no know what they have done!
That's true love Taylor........hope you find that kind of love someday in you life. If you do, you will be truly blessed because of course he will be putting you first also. Then it really makes for a wonderful relationship
Warm love to you
