When youre down on yourself and you think theres no hope welcome to the human race
When you think theres not a person around who could feel the way you do, look deep in past their face
Theres not a person alive who lives a totally care free life, not you not I, not the rich, the powerful, the religious or the handsome
Theres always a conflict, a problem or even a thought that holds their minds in ransom
Theres highs and lows for everyone, its just a part of living
The trick is to look inside yourself and truly understand, to be selfless not selfish, and feel the power of giving
Fear is the disease of a great many minds that drives them to an irrational act
Love and compassion are the true powers of man to raise him off his back
So remember the next time youre in a low, and life seems hard to face, feel compassion for ones less fortunate then you, were all part of the human race
