Take your sharpened glinting knife and thrust it through this flesh
Carve a painting on my broken body, mark your existence on this body.
Smash the bones to a flour and, slowly,
Bake me break me, and scatter me for the birds
To eat away my being.
Tear away my nerves and twist them into a twine,
A mixture of blood, sweat, soul pulsating and make a rope out of it,
Pull yourself through your life.
Win the war.
Extract my eyes, hair, tongue,
Inserted into another shell,
Not quite me but all the important external pieces:
No take away the tongue; a mute is better than an opinionated.
So now were left with remnants,
Sections left behind, unused, unneeded, unwanted, depleted
Of all life-like desires.
You have gorged me, swallowed me, excreted the waste products
To leave a pile of mushed up me.
So thank you for your time and patience,
It seems I took too much,
I now feel your wrath, im touched.
But be warned I can choke your hungry desire,
I can strangle without hands,
Through other people I can see you, dissect you,
Now the butcher feels the glint of the knives,

WOW! excellently conveyed! really really painful and so real and omg how much did i actually feel the agony in the first line?! i relate to some degree (as you know) so just generally very well done. You just keep getting better and better!
